UK manufacturing capabilities
Manufacturing has been at the heart of Adventa since day one. Our vertically integrated UK operation gives us full control over quality, lead times and production efficiency, and provides a significant competitive advantage for our customers.
Starting with injection molding, our capabilities have expanded to include fully integrated in-house processing of glass, timber and card, supported by advanced mechanized production lines. Continuous improvement is central to our approach, with in-house recycling, lean manufacturing principles, and low-energy processes embedded throughout our operations.

Automation at scale
Automation has been central to Adventa’s success since our inception. Today, our lean manufacturing environment operates at an exceptional level, including fully unattended, overnight “lights-out” production.
Achieving this required significant investment in advanced safety systems, including high-spec VESDA smoke detection, alongside proprietary robotic “stack and shift” take-off systems designed and built in-house. Our expertise spans both 3-axis and 6-axis robotic platforms, enabling highly effcient, precise and repeatable processes.

Using high-resolution 3D printing, we rapidly prototype concepts to test functionality, cost efficiency and compatibility with automated manufacturing.

We prioritize responsibly sourced materials and operate established environmental management systems across our business. Adventa is proud to hold FSC® certification, providing assurance that applicable timber and paper-based materials are sourced from responsibly managed forests. This accreditation supports traceability, responsible forestry and environmental protection, helping our customers meet their own sustainability and compliance requirements with confidence.
Waste reduction is a key priority. Our active in-house recycling program processes many tonnes of material each week, significantly reducing landfill. We also operate a closed-loop water system, invest in low-energy manufacturing equipment, and support our perations with a large-scale solar panel installation to reduce carbon emissions.

Seamless global supply & distribution
Adventa serves customers worldwide through robust systems designed to deliver a frictionless supply experience. In the United States, our Charleston, North Carolina warehouse receives regular container shipments directly from our UK factory, ensuring reliable US fulfillment.
For European Union customers, we operate a streamlined border clearance process, with goods cleared in transit. Adventa takes full responsibility for EU imports, including VAT and duty, through our French VAT and EORI registrations. We also ship regularly to the Middle East and Australasia, providing dependable international supply across multiple regions.
