Statistics from our most recent survey show a net promoter score of +55. To give an indication, according to Reichheld, the creator of the Net Promoter Score, the average American company scores less than +10 on the NPS, while the highest performing organisations are situated between +50 and +80.


We are extremely proud to have achieved this and delighted with some of the comments that we received from our customers. We always strive to add a personal touch to our service and go above and beyond what is expected and these comments reflect just that:
