Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Please ask to visit our factory, we can guarantee you will be impressed! Manufacturing has been at the heart of what we do since 1983. Whilst we know we make life hard for ourselves, it definitely gives us an unfair advantage. Starting with injection moulding we now process glass, timber and card in-house on fully mechanised production lines. The Adventa drive for effciency means we keep waste to a minimum including recycling in-house and have become experts at low energy and highly automated robot assisted lean manufacturing. Adventa is renown for quality and thanks to our reliable systemisation we are never daunted by the annual ISO9001 accreditation requirements

Sustainability

Adventa is committed to implementing an environmental management system to control our environmental responsibilities effectively, where materials are sustainably sourced, packed and supplied. We are dedicated to keeping waste to minimum and have an active in-house recycling scheme that processes many tons of material every week. Also we have a closed loop water system and use low energy equipment supported by a massive solar panel installation.

Automation

We have always been creative with automation from our outset, however we have now taken lean manufacturing to a whole new level! The bar was set high when we committed ourselves to running the factory through the night unattended – ‘lights-out’ production! This not only required a high tec VESDA smoke detection unit which will shut down the power if required but also robotic ‘stack and shift’ take of systems which are totally unique to Adventa - designed and built in house. We have extensive experience with both 3 axis and 6 axis robots, Industry specialists often comment they have never seen anything like it.

We are constantly removing manual processes, for example we have automated moulding in magnets which is a process that is protected by patent. You are welcome to visit to witness it happening, please note no photography is permitted in our factory, as we have invested so much into totally unique systems.

Design & Innovation

Our experience with processing most materials and innovative design is truly a powerful combination. New product development is an essential part of our continued business growth and we believe there is always scope for innovation even with well-established best-selling products. We have a routine of semi-monthly R&D meetings that pushes through projects getting inspiration from a variety of personnel, we always say there is never such thing as a ‘dumb suggestion’, even crazy ideas can inspire eureka moments! Our in-house designer team use a selection of hi-res 3D printers to create prototypes this helps ensure the concept product is both functional and that the manufacturing can be automated. Seamless Global Shipping

Adventa service a global market, our commitment to provide an above and beyond happy customer experience has driven us to establish seamless systems. With the US we have a warehouse in Charleston SC, which takes regular container shipments from the factory. With the EU we have established our own smart border import clearance system, this ensure that goods clear customs in transit and means that we take full responsibility for the EU import - inc VAT and duty via our French VAT and EORI registrations. We also ship regularly to Middle East and Australasia. Where ever you are you can relax with the Adventa experience!
